Slush fest today....beautiful walk through a post card pretty winter wonderland....but I was so cold I didn't even think to take pics...
That just about sums up the water conditions.
Oh well ... I don't mind taking it on the chin once in while..lol
The day wasn't a complete write off...
And tomorrow I will sleep in...ya

Shame about the ice, as the level looked good. The revised 14 day looks good 'around the 20th, if we have a thaw around Christmas that stream fishes well (as you probably know).
I would have peed a Zorro-esque "Z" into the shelf ice to express my displeasure, and marvel at the shrivelled size of my weiner.

That was a REALLY COLD DAY....but I swear I have fished colder... without slush.

Not sure how the slush factor works but it is probably the only thing that can really stop us....
I mean besides Wives..
I am not quite ready to write off the season yet..
